Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy
As there are no guarantees with non-surgical medical procedures, the patient must understand that the procedures are not an exact science. Every human body is different and may react differently to each procedure. Whatever the outcome, the product and/or service has been provided, therefore it is not possible for Drayton Cosmetics & Body Sculpting to refund procedure fees. We will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic / outcome the patient requests, however, no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any procedure performed.
When cancelling your appointment we require at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment time.
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind, if you have found a cheaper price elsewhere or decide you simply don’t like it unfortunately we will not refund you.
In order for us to provide you with great service, it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing the consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations in regards to the results of your treatments. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatments.
